Fong started to practise yoga in 2003. During 2004 and 2005 she lived in India and followed several Indian Yoga masters to perfect her Yoga. She learnt techniques from different Yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga. Her yoga practice combines proper Asanas, proper breathing and proper relaxation. Her singing benefitted greatly from the power of Yoga. Now she has set up yoga classess in Glasgow, Scotland.
