Fong has worked as a reporter and presenter at Suzhou TV Station and Jiangsu Education TV Station in China.

She is a Chinese language editor and TV presenter for ChinaClubHQ, an on line TV programme which has been launched recently with 17,500 student subscribers lined up from Primary and secondary schools in the UK.
